好啦~这个是俺们体育的最新活动的东东啦~大家都有希望获得1万美元的奖金喔~每周一到周五，周六，周日各有一次的抽奖啦！！只要在小同下注的话~就有希望获得这丰厚的奖金啦~有兴趣的童鞋千万不要错过噢~~
以下就是活动的具体规则哈：

1.幸运抽奖活动对所有符合资格的玩家开放。

符合资格玩家的定义是，(i) 已经在同乐城网站注册；(ii) 属于个人登录的同乐城账号；(iii) 在同乐城网站提供的体育博彩和赛马产品中，单次一次性投注高于USD $ 6.50 或是 Euro 5.00 (或是这两者的货币等价金额，也就是41元人民币) (iv) 投注账户需在抽奖活动开始的至少前一周内登录并投注过；并且(v) 此投注已经被系统确认生成投注单或是赌票。

2.公司的员工,他们的子公司和代理以及他们的亲属到第二个程度的血亲或是姻亲关系（比如：父母，祖父母，配偶，孩子，和孙子）是不允许参加幸运抽奖活动的。

3.幸运抽奖活动从北京时间2012年10月17日中午12点开始，至北京时间2013年1月11日中午12点结束。

4.每日抽奖金额为USD 10,000.奖金不可转让、不可兑换为信贷、商品或服务。

5.符合资格的会员在活动期间，在同乐城提供的体育博彩和赛马产品中，每投注一次不少于USD $ 6.50 或是 Euro 5.00（41元人民币）的单场赛事就获得一次抽奖机会。
例子：
下注金额为Euro 4.00 （40.33元人民币）　0次机会下注金额为Euro 6.00 （60.49元人民币） 1次机会
1个单场投注金额为Euro 8.00（80.66元人民币），另一个单场投注金额为Euro 3.50 （35.38元人民币） 1次机会
1个单场投注金额为Euro 10.00 （100.82元人民币），另一个单场投注金额为Euro 20.00 （201.65元人民币） 2次机会

6.活动期间内，每个星期一至星期日都有抽奖活动。星期一至星期五将开出一名幸运玩家，星期六和星期日则各有一名幸运玩家。每名幸运玩家将获得USD$ 10,000 现金。

7.幸运玩家将由系统自动选出。所有获得抽奖资格的营业日都会有一个相对应的开奖日。每个开奖日都会在符合抽奖条件的两个营业日后，具体开奖日请看下表：

和抽奖资格日相对应的，唯一的抽奖日如上表所示。
在任何营业日时没有获得获奖资格的会员，将不会获得在同一周内任何开奖资格。符合资格的会员，将获得每个开奖资格。
项目赚取任何特定营业日，不符合资格，将不包括在随后的每天吸取同一周。一个合格的会员可以赢得一个合格的项目上对每天的抽奖。

为了区分每个特定的抽奖日，“周”是指七（7）个连续营业日，也就是从周一至周日。，营业日”是一个二十四（24）小时连续周期，从中午12时（中午12时）开始，并于次日中午12时结束。

8.严禁以欺诈手段投注，以欺诈手段获取的抽奖资格会被自动取消，并且会员无法获得任何奖项。如果欺诈投注单已经生成，那么公司会组织重新再开奖一次。
以欺诈手段投注意味着，一个会员以单独或与其他人相互勾结的方式，使用任何设备，仪器或工具，包括但不限于软件的使用，搜索引擎蜘蛛，机器人或其他设备参与博彩活动和交易。

9.抽奖结果会在开奖日之后的五天内公布在同乐城网站上。

10.获奖会员领取奖品，需符合以下条件：
a. 获奖会员必须在开奖日后的十天内（“兑奖期”）通知小同客户服务部；
b. 获奖会员的账户需经过小同客服部进行审核。审核内容在规则11下有详细说明。
c. 获奖会员需到同乐城公司所在地来领取USD 10,000 现金。同乐城将为获奖会员提供双人往返机票，以及食宿。
d. 获奖会员将负责办理他/她，他/她的同伴的旅行证件，包括护照和签证。旅行证件的办理费用将由会员自行负责。本公司不承担任何责任或以任何方式赔偿或报销他/她的旅行必要的旅行证件费用。
e. 如果获奖会员没有在兑奖期领取奖金，那么则视为他/她放弃该奖金。
f．在获奖会员拿到奖金之前需签署一份收据单和授权协议书。

11.审核客服在确定玩家获奖前需审核以下条件：
a.) 在获奖玩家通知客服后，需同意收到同乐城的电话或是在线聊天了解会员的身份。获奖会员可能被要求使用获奖账户再次登录同乐城。
b.) 获奖会员在兑奖期内，不允许更改用户名和密码。如有更改，则获奖会员无法获得任何奖金。
C.) 为防止获奖会员在领奖时忘记他/她的账号或密码，客服不会重置他/她的账号或密码，所获奖金将被视为放弃。
d.) 在兑奖期间，获奖会员以任何欺诈或欺骗行为，单独或与其他人相互勾结，来骗取奖金，将导致所获奖金被没收。
除了上述的4个验证，本公司可全权酌情决定，进行其他方式的验证，以确保获奖玩家是真实的。

12.公司的员工,他们的子公司和代理以及他们的亲属到第二个程度的血亲或是姻亲关系（比如：父母，祖父母，配偶，孩子，和孙子）是不允许参加幸运抽奖活动的。

13.获奖会员在拿到奖金后，获奖账户将是唯一支付奖金所带来税务的账户。获奖会员需承担所有奖金的税务问题。本公司概不负责会员的司法管辖区所产生的会员收到的现金奖金税务。

14.本公司有权在活动期间的任何时候终止或更改此活动的条件或规则。如有任何更改，无论活动结束与否，本公司不以任何方式继续进行本次活动。

15.如果在领奖过程中，获奖会员及其同伴在往返公司指定领奖地直接或间接地遭受到任何的伤害以及损失，本公司将不承担任何责任和义务。

16.有关抽奖促销由本公司作出的所有决定将被视为最后的，决定性的和不可更改的。

17.同乐城其他条款及规则适用于此活动。

18.法律监管。本次活动的上述机制，条款及条件规则，都在本公司发牌及规（“授权司法管辖区”）的国家的法律管辖之下进行的。会员在解决与此优惠活动有关的任何问题或争议上同意接受本公司的授权管辖。

1.The Lucky Draw promo of Company is open to all QualifiedMembers of the Company.

A “Qualified Member” means a member of the Company websitewho (i) has a registered betting account with the

Company through its website; (ii) has personally logged into his/her account (iii) has placed asingle bet

with a minimum amount of USD $ 6.50 or Euro 5.00 (or itscurrency equivalent) in the Sportsbook, and Horse

racing product of the Company offered through its website(iv) the betting account must be active at the time

the Member logged into the account and placed the bet and/ormust be active at least one (1) week before the

draw; and (v) such bet is accepted and recorded into thesystem as one (1) bet slip or bet ticket.

2.Employees of the Company, their affiliates and agents aswell as their relatives up to second degree of

consanguinity or affinity (e.g. parents, grandparents,spouses, children, and grandchildren) are disqualified

from joining the Lucky Draw.

3.The Lucky Draw promo shall run from 12:noon GMT + 8 on 17October 2012 to 12:noon GMT +8 on 11 January 2012 (

“Promo Period”).

4.The cash prize for every daily draw is USD10,000.00.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to credit,goods or services.

5.A Qualified Member will earn one (1) draw entry for everybet ticket generated during the Promo Period with a

minimum bet of USD $ 6.50 or Euro 5.00 in any singleevent/market with the Sportsbook, and Horse Racing product

offered by the Company through its website. Bets placed inany event/market in the Sportsbook, andHorse

Racing gaming products of the Company which complies withthe minimum bet requirement above shall be qualified

to join the draw.

Examples:

•betplaced Euro 4.00 no entry

•betplaced Euro 6.00 1 entry

•betplaced Euro 10.00 1 entry

•betplaced Euro 8.00 in one event and another bet placed Euro 3.50 in another event 1 entry

•betplaced Euro 10.00 in one event and another bet placed Euro 20.00 in anotherevent 2 entries

6.The Company will be conducting daily draws throughout thePromo Period from Monday to Sunday. There will be

one winner for the daily draws from Monday to Friday and twowinners will be chosen for the daily draw on

Saturday and Sunday. Each winner shall be entitled to a cash prize of USD$ 10,000.

7.The winning entries will be drawn through an electronicdraw/raffle system. All Qualified drawentries

earned during any particular Business Day will be qualifiedto join the draw date scheduled for that particular

Business Day. Thedraw dates for each Business Day is scheduled to be held two days after thedate when the

draw entry is earned in accordance with the table below:

Draw entries are only qualified to join the Draw scheduledfor that particular Business Day in accordance in

the above table.

The entries earned for any particular Business Day are notqualified and will not be included in the succeeding

daily draws for the same week. A Qualified Member with a qualified entry canwin on every daily draw.

For the purpose of identifying the entries to be included ina particular draw, a “week” means seven (7)

consecutive business days starting from Monday to Sunday. A“business day” is a period of twenty four (24)

consecutive hours starting from twelve o’clock noon(12:00nn) and ending on 12:00nn of the following day.

8.Betting by fraudulent means is strictly prohibited andbetting tickets generated or earned by fraudulent

means are automatically disqualified and shall not entitlethe Member to win any prize. In the event a betting

ticket generated by fraudulent means is drawn, a re-drawshall be conducted by the Company.

Betting by fraudulent means is when a Member, alone or incollusion with other persons, takes part or

participates in betting activities and transactions andsecures a betting ticket or slip by the use of any

device, instrument or tool which is produced specifically toenable the Member to win or gain from the betting

activity or transaction including but not limited to the useof software, spider, robot or other devices or

tools by the Member.

9.Winning entries and the results of the daily draw will beposted in the Company’s website within five (5)

days from the draw date.

10.To claim the prize, the winning Member must comply with the following:

a.The winning Member must notify the Company’s CustomerService Department (CSD) of his winning entry within

ten (10) days from the winning draw date (“RedemptionPeriod”);

b.Winning entries will be verified by the CSD to properlyidentify the betting account of the winning Member.

The rules of verification are provided in Clause 11 below.

c.The winning Member must personally fly to the locationdesignated by the Company within Southeast Asia to

collect the prize IN CASH. The Company will shoulder thecost of round-trip ticket for two (2) persons and

shall be responsible for providing suitable accommodationsand all meals during the winning Member’s overnight

stay in the location designated by the Company.

d.The winning Member will be responsible for procuringhis/her and his/her travel companion’s travel documents

including passport and visa. All costs for procuring suchtravel documents shall be borne by the winning

Member. The Companyshall not be liable in any way for costs incurred by the winning Member for the

procurement of the necessary travel documents required forhis/her travel to the location designated by the

Company.

e.Failure by the Member to personally collect the prizewithin the Redemption Period will result in forfeiture

of the prize.

f.The Winning Member must sign a Receipt and Release Formbefore the prize may be turned over to the winning

Member.

11.Verification.The CSD shall verify the entry of the Memberbefore confirming that it is a winning entry as

follows:

a.)After notifying the CSD of his claim, the winning Memberagrees to receive call or chat from the Company’s

CSD in order to verify his/her identity. The winning Member may be requested by CSD tolog in to the Company

website using the same User ID betting account and Passwordwhich he/she used to earn the winning draw entry.

b.)The winning Member should not change his/her User ID orPassword within the Redemption Period. Any change in

the User ID or Password of the winning Member within theRedemption Period shall result in the automatic

forfeiture of the cash prize.

c.)In case the winning Member forgets his/her User ID orPassword upon claiming the prize, CSD will not

retrieve his/her User ID or Password and the prize will bedeemed forfeited.

D.)Any fraudulent or deceptive schemes employed by thewinning User, alone or in =collusion with other persons,

during the verification conducted by CSD will result inforfeiture of the prize.

In addition to the verification process set forth above, theCompany, may, at its sole discretion, undertake

other means of verification to confirm that the entry of theMember is the winning entry.

12.Employees of the Company, their affiliates and agents aswell as their relatives up to second degree of

consanguinity or affinity (e.g. parents, grandparents,spouses, children, and grandchildren) are disqualified

from joining the Lucky Draw.

13.Any and all taxes that may be payable by the winningMember arising from receipt of the cash prize shall be

the sole account of the winning Member. The winning Member shall be solelyresponsible to report his/her

winnings and to pay the proper taxes to the proper taxauthorities. The Company shall not be responsible for

any tax liabilities imposed by the Member’s jurisdictionarising from the Member’s receipt of the cash prize.

14.The Company shall have the right at any time to ceasethis promotion or change, any or all of its conditions

during the Promo Period. The Company is not bound in any way to continue with this promotion,regardless if

the Promo Period has not ended.

15.The Company shall in no way be liable for any injuries,losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by

any winner of the Lucky Draw or his travel companion as adirect or indirect result of their travelling to and

from the location selected by the Company, even if such travel was for the purpose ofclaiming the cash prize.

16.All decisions made by the Company pertaining to the LuckyDraw promo will be deemed final, conclusive and

non-negotiable.

17.Other Company terms and conditions apply insofar asapplicable to this promotion.

18.Jurisdiction. Thispromotion, and the above mechanics, terms & conditions are governed by thelaws of the

country where the Company is licensed and regulated(“Licensing Jurisdiction”). Participating Members agree to

be subject to the licensing jurisdiction of the Company inthe resolution of any matter or dispute relating to

this promotion.
