昨天，央视《每周质量报告》报道，目前欺诈类的钓鱼网站全国已超过10万家。2009年，仅北京警方就接报网络诈骗案件3700多起，网络诈骗金额达7000多万元。有专家认为，今年上半年，网络诈骗给网民和社会带来的直接与间接经济损失已超过了120亿元。

& A9 ?! b$ F2 k5 t! [7 T! z四川省内江市的何先生前不久上网时，电脑突然弹出信息，告知何先生中奖了38000元现金和一台笔记本电脑。喜出望外的何先生立即登陆中奖信息上的网址，并通过电话确认。但领取奖品的前提是先付1200元现金。一心想得到奖品的何先生随后在对方一步步的指引下不断地汇去现金，总共汇出了29000元。到最后何先生才意识到，自己受骗了。

1 c" b, t5 o( H; m, e据公安部门介绍，像这样的诈骗是近些年电信诈骗中的一种新形式网络中奖诈骗。据北京反电信诈骗专项行动办公室副主任马曦初介绍，“这些骗子就是利用了老百姓的侥幸心理。就是这种求财心理，使消费者放松了对自己财务的控制权，轻易就相信对方的一些诱惑因素，最后上当受骗。”

记者以购买手机的名义，进行了一次网络购物体验。在输入了商品名称并进行搜索后，电脑页面出现了一万多条卖家信息。记者选取了排在第一位的商家，发现该商家有着很高的信用等级，手机的价格也比市场价便宜500多元。记者随即点击了购买按键。/ _% i9 ~( ]3 P2 C1 }% F
2 C3 \8 n+ W4 N8 i) `2 v5 W之后，网页跳转到了网上银行付款页面。网络安全人员说，这是一个钓鱼网站，淘宝网网页是假的。网络安全专家解释说，正常的淘宝网络购物，应该把钱汇入到支付宝中，再由淘宝网付给卖家。而记者遇到的所谓淘宝卖家，则是通过假的淘宝网页，引导记者把钱直接汇给个人，以这种方式诈骗钱财。: p' ^, ?& Y' _! x8 Z( N4 x7 m

[/b]网络购物陷阱的存在使消费者的财产安全受到了极大威胁。而网络陷阱还不仅限于网络购物这一种，一些打着彩票预测、推荐股票名义的网络陷阱也在威胁着消费者。0 } I# Y( t3 [" ~
" a. n& e, \: m" P/ O7 \ a网络安全专家石晓虹说，一些股票、彩票的预测网站，号称可以推荐所谓“黑马股”，比如说绝对保证多少天之内会上涨，但是要想拿到这个“黑马股”的股票代码，就先要注册会员，用户交完钱之后，该网站可能就是随机给你几个股票代码、股票号码。 |
