40多岁的合肥一知名律师，与27岁的女网友网聊得投缘，几次见面便在宾馆开房间，发生不正当性关系，谁知女网友是个赌徒，并借机多次敲诈律师。2011年5月9日，合肥市瑶海区人民法院对此案进行公开宣判，以敲诈勒索罪判处被告人谢某某有期徒刑五年零六个月。; W7 ~$ [% e/ |( k
4 V6 H b/ C9 U; A7 } 2008年9月，合肥一知名律师姚某在上网时，与一个比自己小十多岁的女网友谢某某相识，并聊得很投缘。两人在合肥见过几次就去宾馆开房间，发生了不正当性关系。之后两人一直保持联系，起初每次见面姚某都会给谢某某一两千元。2009年12月31日，谢某某约姚某见面，说她借了高利贷1.1万元，没钱还，让姚给她钱，并以到姚某办公室宣扬两人的关系相威胁。姚某被迫给她1.1万元。, z8 q4 U e/ {. B8 F

游手好闲的谢某某原来是个赌徒，经常在DCDubo欠下许多“爪子钱”，被债主逼债而无力偿还，只得将黑手伸向有钱的律师姚某。谢某某拿到钱后很快就赌光了，便变本加厉地找姚某要钱。自2010年3月份开始，被告人谢某某以和姚某发生过性关系及堕过胎、到姚某单位闹为由，采取发送短信等手段威胁姚某，多次向其索要钱款，姚某起初当面付给谢某某三次钱，谢某某都说最后一次要钱，以后不要了。后姚某在一次次“最后一次”的谎言下，先后30余次被迫向谢某某的天朝建设银行银行卡中存款，共计9万余元。2010年12月9日晚，谢某某再次发短信威胁姚某，向其索要钱款5万元。忍无可忍的姚某遂向公安机关报案。审理中，姚某对谢某某给予谅解，请求法庭对其从轻处罚。 杨联文 |
