六•一前夕，天津首家福彩小学在宁河县廉庄乡中心小学挂牌成立，天津福彩还在挂牌仪式现场举行了捐赠活动，为学校品学兼优的学子们送上了书包、文具、篮球、足球等文体用品。# `! K2 k4 U1 z) J7 O* ]9 C8 q
据悉，本着福利彩票“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”的发行宗旨，天津福彩福利发行中心此次投入福彩公益金20万元，与天津市宁河县廉庄乡中心小学达成共建协议。投入的福彩公益金用以粉刷教室、更换学生课桌椅、平整操场、修建车棚，改善现有教学环境。
4 C; V2 l" g F' P 据了解，宁河县廉庄乡小学辐射了周围11个村庄共508名适龄儿童，学校历史悠久、人才辈出，但是长期以来因为教学楼年久失修，老师、学生们的配套设施和办公桌椅都残破不堪，甚至还停留在几十年前的水平。学校的操场也处于泥土状态，地面不平整，晴天一身土、雨天一身泥，严重影响学生们正常的体育课程和户外活动。天津福彩中心了解到这一情况后，积极申请福彩公益金20万元，用以改善廉庄乡中心小学的教学环境。学校为感谢天津市福利彩票发行中心，将在教学楼体上醒目位置冠名“福彩小学”，并悬挂天津福彩资助标示。* l, L+ E5 x; n: q
天津市福彩中心主任柳建军和宁河县廉庄乡书记王进共同为福彩小学揭牌。天津市首家福彩小学挂牌体现了福利彩票的发行宗旨，也代表了福利彩票对教育事业的支持，更代表了福彩彩民的心愿，使广大彩民感到：买福彩既是娱乐，同时也奉献了爱心。
9 e; z6 S6 S( } C% D7 l6 E 在挂牌仪式上，天津福彩中心还宣布今年将加大福彩冠名的公益资助力度，由福彩公益金资助的福彩第一养老院、蓟县革命老区的福彩村都将在今年挂牌成立，进一步扩大福彩公益的社会影响力。在2010年天津福彩共销售福利彩票12.38亿元，筹集公益金3.85亿元，按照福彩公益金50%地方留成使用计算，今年将有1.925亿元的公益金用于天津本地各项公益事业。（天津市福彩中心） |
