1 q! m9 y- ~ f; T有法律专家认为，就彩票中奖这一特定事而言，隐私权的权利主体是中奖者，有权要求他人不得非法干扰、传播、侵犯其隐私，中奖者没有义务公开身份。民事诉讼在隐私权方面，保护中奖者的隐私权，中奖者的身份、职业、通信地址、电话以及家庭等个人方面的隐私受法律保护。要尊重这种隐私权，中奖者和彩票中心有权不公开个人信息。彩票中心作为管理机构也有权力、有义务保障中奖者隐私权。所以兑奖完成后，彩票中心将根据中奖彩民人的意愿确定披露信息的“深度”。
