0 L' f$ [* |- B: h' w[p=23, 2, left] 昨日下午，导报记者在漳州市区的几家彩票点调查，发现有小陈这样想法的人，还真不少。[/p][p=23, 2, left] 据了解，我国彩民已达两亿多人，其中“问题彩民”就有700多万人，重度“问题彩民”达40多万人。专家说，彩票带有博弈性质，提醒市民“彩票有风险”。[/p][p=23, 2, left] 彩民：买彩票是给自己机会[/p][p=23, 2, left] 昨天下午，在漳州市胜利西路的一家彩票店里，坐着好几个彩民，有的盯着店里的电视屏幕、有的看着贴在墙壁上的信息板，并拿笔在记着数字……[/p][p=23, 2, left] 曾先生是年纪比较大的一位彩民，平时没什么事情，就来彩票店玩玩，“每次就花个十几二十元，虽然偶尔中过，但亏的还是比较多。”曾老先生说，他现在已经退休，子女都已成家，平时就拿些零钱来买买彩票，“就算是打发时间”。[/p][p=23, 2, left] 小陈在市医院附近的一家餐饮店打工，每月收入约1700元，扣除每个月的房租、生活开销，一个月所剩无几，“不过我还是固定每天买些彩票，一次也就十块多吧。”小陈说，他一个月投在彩票的费用约400元，“感觉好的时候，就多买一些，就算是给自己一个机会吧”。[/p][p=23, 2, left] 小陈说，如果哪天没有买彩票的话，就觉得缺少了什么，“以前也想过放弃，但又觉得如果不买的话，就前功尽弃了。今年春节回老家时，没有地方买彩票，那几天总觉得自己受了很大损失，后来就打电话给在漳州的朋友，让他帮我代买了几张”。[/p][p=23, 2, left] 店老板：每个店都有固定彩民[/p][p=23, 2, left] 据彩票店老板介绍，彩票店都有固定的彩民。一般固定的彩民都是住在附近的人，外来人口占多数，“每天傍晚，是我们最繁忙的时候。有的人一整天都泡在店里，玩11选5，这是一种即开式彩票。”[/p][p=23, 2, left] 昨天下午，导报记者对芗城区近10家彩票店进行走访，发现被调查的80%彩民都认为自己收入低，处于社会底层，梦想着通过彩票一夜暴富。[/p][p=23, 2, left] 就像外来工小陈说的，来市区一段时间后，也想着在这里买房子成家，“可是靠我那么点微薄的工资，买房子简直是在做梦。之前和我一起打工的一个仙游同事说，他们村就有一个人买彩票中了大奖。抱着试运气的态度，我也加入了买彩票的行列”。[/p][p=23, 2, left] 据相关专家介绍，其实现实中，这些彩民并不是处在他们“自认为”的社会底层，“但他们依然从心理上认定自己没有社会地位，想通过买彩票来暴富”。[/p][p=23, 2, left] 专家：彩票宣传要正确引导[/p][p=23, 2, left] 据北京师范大学天朝彩票研究中心公布的调查结果显示，天朝彩民规模达到2亿多人，其中“问题彩民”就有700多万人。[/p][p=23, 2, left] “所谓‘问题彩民’，就是那种买彩票上瘾的人，想停又停不下来，不买又难受，不能自抑。”据相关专家表示，“问题彩民”一般出现在18岁到45岁之间，“这些彩民中大部分文化程度不高，收入在两三千元左右。这部分彩民总想着靠一张小小的彩票，解决一切，想着哪天能一夜暴富”。[/p][p=23, 2, left] 厦门大学副教授戴小力分析，彩票本身具有博弈色彩，是有功利性质的，“彩票本身，能激起人类潜在的投机、冒险心理，第一次买完彩票后，总觉得自己离中奖距离很近了，这就是人们心理层次的‘控制错觉’。一旦涉足彩票，就会有这种想法。”[/p][p=23, 2, left] 对于彩民上瘾的问题，戴小力说，首先ZF在彩票宣传上，应该正确引导彩民，“要告知彩民‘彩票有风险’，其次要说明彩票利润的真正用途。”[/p][p=23, 2, left] 据导报记者了解，“问题彩民”已经引起彩票发行机构的重视，相关措施有望出台。[/p][color=#000][font=Tahoma]声明：新浪网登载此文出于传递更多信息之目的，并不意味着赞同其观点或证实其描述。[/font][/color] |
