男子屡投不中偷彩票 称“中了奖再给钱”

一心想发财的王某买彩票多年，却总未中上大奖，因此赔进去不少钱。这次他又去买彩票，见老板不注意，就抓了一沓彩票揣兜里走了。被警方抓住后，王某还交代了去年偷一家彩票投注站的电脑的事情。5月4日，王某被刑事拘留。
2 W8 n# B6 k; B# j$ `8 W4 M% s5月2日，舞阳县公安局舞泉派出所副所长余红波接到报案，一家福利彩票投注站被盗30张10元型即开彩票。店老板反映，平时摆放彩票的柜子没上过锁，当时经常来买彩票的王某在店内，自己只顾整理店内其他物品没在意，等王某走后，才发现彩票丢失了。根据受害人描述，余红波立即带领民警走访了县城其他彩票投注站，并向他们通报了案件情况，一方面让彩票投注站工作人员加强防范，另一方面让他们发现王某后及时报警。5月3日中午，余红波接到一彩票投注站老板反映，该男子在其店内出现。民警迅速行动，将王某抓获。 7 o* Q. N7 l! R5 p. \3 Z! }
经讯问，王某承认自己盗窃了彩票。王某称自己买彩票多年，总感觉要发财了，却屡买不中，赔进不少钱。5月2日自己再去买彩票，见老板不在放彩票的柜子前，也没特别注意自己，就顺手抓了一沓彩票揣进了兜里。“我本来想着中奖了再给老板钱的，可到家后将这些彩票一一刮开，一张也没中。我就想着算了，反正老板也不知道是自己拿了彩票。”王某说。
- C4 e4 V( @, `6 f0 g; C经进一步调查，王某还供述了2010年4月在北街一彩票投注站偷走一台价值4000元的笔记本电脑的事实。“当时只有一老婆婆看店，我就把放在店内床上的一台笔记本电脑顺手拿走了。”王某说自己经常去买彩票，很多投注站的老板都认识他，很少对他有防范。
9 ^& O8 ]. F9 o7 O民警在调查该案时发现，很多彩票投注站的工作人员安全防范意识差，有的工作人员临时出去，就将店交给经常来店购彩票的人员看管；有的把打印彩票微机的密码也交给顾客，让顾客自己操作电脑投注；多数投注站为了拿取彩票方便，将即开型彩票随意摆放。民警提醒广大彩票投注站工作人员，一定要强化防范意识，避免失窃。 |
