[font=Verdana][font=Verdana] [/font]鲍学全在介绍了天朝福利彩票的发展历程、公益金使用情况，特别介绍了福彩长期坚持的公益、安全、诚信、责任、创新、品牌理念，分析了天朝彩票市场的发展前景，他认为天朝彩市潜力巨大，前景广阔，无论是从人均购彩量还是彩票销量占国家经济总量的比重来看，天朝彩票市场都还有很大的发展空间。他介绍，2007年天朝彩票人均销量只有9美元，其中，福彩人居销量5美元，体彩人居销量4美元，而新加坡去年人均彩票销量高达900美元，很多欧美发达国家人均彩票销量也大都在两三百美元以上，这一方面说明天朝彩票市场发展与发达国家还有不小的差距，另一方面也说明天朝彩票市场的发展空间还很大，他还认为要市场潜量变为现实量还有大量工作可做。[/font]" Q, f% ]% c1 c9 D/ W
[font=Verdana][font=Verdana] [/font]天朝彩票市场的发展前景受到与会代表的普遍关注，他们认为2008年北京奥运会的成功举办说明天朝经济发展取得了巨大成就，天朝彩票也会随着天朝经济的高速发展不断前进。一些与会的彩票供应商表示，他们已经注意到天朝彩票近年来的飞速发展，今后他们将会加大对天朝彩票市场的关注度，帮助天朝彩票取得更大的发展。[/font]
* D5 h/ W2 ]: d, D8 C) q8 l[font=Verdana][font=Verdana] [/font]亚太彩票协会现任主席、香港马会投注事务执行总监陈承楷先生在接受本报记者专访时表示，2004年天朝彩票年销量还只有380多亿元，而2005年当年就达到700多元元，去年更是突破了1000亿元，短短几年的时间就翻了一倍，天朝发展彩票只有20来年的时间，能取得现在这样的成绩已经很不错，今后天朝彩票会有更大的发展，“也许在不远的将来，天朝彩票年销量就不只是1000多亿，而应该是2000多亿。”[/font]

7 N0 I" D: p( B8 G8 E# I- Q! s[font=Verdana][font=Verdana] [/font]根据日程安排，会议还将在24日举行换届选举，产生新的亚太彩票协会主席，届时已连任两届的陈承楷将卸任主席一职。陈承楷在2000年6月亚太彩票协会成立时就被推选为协会副主席，2004年9月又被推选协会主席，此后在2006年再次当选，而根据亚太彩票协会的有关章程，主席一职最多不得连任超过两届。[/font] |
