[font=Verdana] 同时，把博彩小费(茶资)纳入基本薪金，由此相关员工(主要是荷官)的平均基本薪酬达1.2万元。有关计划建议上周五已提交澳门劳工事务局，实施后每月可为公司减省1600万澳门元。[/font]

[font=Verdana] 威尼斯人澳门股份有限公司人力资源部高级副总裁(亚洲区)沈铭义表示，这次采取控制成本措施，主要是金融海啸及经济下滑已影响到澳门整体博彩业收益，对公司而言，尤其影响澳门金沙酒店。据金沙酒店在第三季的除税息折旧等项目前盈利，较去年同期下调45%，威尼斯人酒店则较稳定。[/font]
6 q, @. G- X" h' v: e2 B[font=Verdana] 金沙娱乐城因出现1000名人员过剩，金光大道第五、六地段工程停工，无法按原定计划将1000名娱乐城员工调派至该两地段任职。基于当前经济状况，有需要采取措施控制成本，该公司以基于“不影响服务质素的前提下，尽量减低营运成本，将减薪已放到最后考虑，若需减薪，尽量保留澳门居民的职位不受影响，以回应特区ZF及社会的要求。”[/font]
, R" ?! d2 J2 n, `1 t[font=Verdana] 现建议由明年1月1日起，将娱乐城营运职位的工时由每周48小时缩减至40小时，即每月多放4天假，变相减薪16.6%，这主要影响较高薪的娱乐城营运职位，涉约6800人。受影响包括金沙、威尼斯人及四季的娱乐城内荷官、监场主任、牌房主任、角子机娱乐场场务员、角子机娱乐场主任、管账房出纳员、管账房高级出纳员、管账房主任、管账房高级主任、娱乐场计算出纳员、娱乐场高级计算出纳员及娱乐场计算主任等职位。[/font]
