[i] [/i]北京警方7日透露，市公安局网络安全保卫处新近发现北京宣武区有一嫌疑人作为超级股东，组织大量境内人员通过境外某DB网站进行网络DB，涉案赌资金额巨大，仅今年2月投注量就高达1.7亿元。
# k' Y( h( M: x4 o1 m$ p[i] [/i]警方历经40天的侦查，确定了以高某为首的犯罪团伙，制定了详细周密的抓捕计划，并组织刑事侦查、信息通讯、网络安全保卫、派出所等百余名警力，兵分十余路，对涉案人员进行集中抓捕。警方先后在北京的宣武、海淀、朝阳、丰台、东城等地区，将高某等20名犯罪嫌疑人抓获，查获涉案电脑20余台、汽车7辆等作案工具，收缴赃款人民币10万余元、港币2万余元。, x2 J. Y: u4 I' s }: g
[i] [/i]经初步讯问，主要犯罪嫌疑人交代了自2009年2月以来，他们以某境外互联网DB网站为平台，以高某作为“超级股东”，采取股东、总代理、代理等不同级别的运营模式，组成犯罪团伙，设置足球比赛DB等网络DC，发展众多“会员”参赌投注，并逐级按照一定比例从中抽头，涉案总金额高达数亿元人民币，获赃款数额巨大。$ c& c' V* A9 O y
[i] [/i]此外，北京警方开展联合打击行动，还打掉了另一个网络DB团伙，抓获涉案人员10名，起获用于网络DB的电脑10台、银行卡10余张，以及账本、对账单等物证、书证。9 a3 z, L; T8 Q$ L
