男子Dubo欠款2万元被债主殴打拘禁

本报讯(通讯员李娜) 深陷Dubo深渊无法自拔的刘某被债主监控后，谎称找表哥借钱，并趁机打电话报警寻求帮助。被警方抓获的债主王某等人近日被提起公诉，密云法院以非法拘禁罪分别判处郭某、沈某、王某有期徒刑1年6个月、6个月及拘役4个月。0 m; V7 p4 Z' P
26岁的刘某是密云农民，自迷上“八叉”这种Dubo方式后很快输光了自己所有的积蓄。可他仍一心想回本，所以越玩越大，债台高筑。2009年初的一天，刘某在4小时内输光自己所带的4万元后，又将向王某借的3万元全都输了进去。在向王某打了欠条，并还了1万元后，无力还款的刘某以更换手机号码的方式来躲避王某不断要求还款的催促。 2 K* V4 q% |1 n6 g4 q! O
9 u. t5 T: l+ i3 { 气愤不已的王某将此事告诉了朋友郭某，2009年底，郭某将刘某带至王某家中，二人以语言威胁等方式强行控制刘某人身自由20小时。刘某在归还了5000元赌债，并承诺半月内还清全部债务后才被放走。可是，没有任何经济来源的刘某根本无力还款。于是，2010年2月21日21时许，郭某指使沈某等人将刘某带至密云一家洗浴中心客房，以语言威胁、抽嘴巴等方式强行控制刘某要其还钱，直至2010年2月23日13时许，刘某谎称向表哥借钱还款，后趁机报警被救。

法院经审理后认为，被告人郭某、沈某、王某非法限制他人人身自由，侵犯公民人身权利，其行为均已构成非法拘禁罪。据悉，刘某在案发后已不知所终。 |
