湖南一职院学生Dubo输钱 为还债盗窃被捕

株洲某职院学生阿伟因Dubo输掉8000余元,想通过盗窃还债,三次得手后,第四次被受害人当场抓获,下跪求饶未果被JC带走。7月12日,株洲市石峰区人民检察院以涉嫌盗窃罪对阿伟依法批准逮捕。 ) V B/ N- N& ]# X
据查,现年20岁的阿伟系湖南省沅江市人,案发前就读于株洲某职业技术学院大专班。2011年上半年,沉迷电游的阿伟在老虎机上输掉了8000余元,其中大部分是同学和亲友的借款。输钱后,阿伟认为只有盗窃来钱快,想以此夺回Dubo的损失。
$ C, M0 C6 W7 x+ _, C- D 2011年6月13日晚上8时许,阿伟窜至株洲市石峰区翠竹小区,见一楼家中无人,便通过空调架和厨房的窗户进入室内,在一间卧室内偷了一台笔记本电脑,用袋子包装好后拿到另一卧室,准备再翻看房间有无其他财物。这时,房主张某的儿子回家,看见父亲卧室的灯是亮着的,但门是却锁着,即怀疑进了盗贼。张某的儿子随即通知父亲张某回家,并用灭蚊拍拍打房门叫里面的小偷出来。阿伟十分害怕便开了门锁,又想通过卧室后面的防盗窗逃跑,正往上爬时,张某的儿子冲了进来,阿伟下跪请求饶过这一回,张某回家不久,JC赶来把阿伟带到了派出所。

S6 S, U4 U 阿伟除如实供述这次犯罪事实外,还如实供述了另三起盗窃行为。2011年6月9日下午4时许,阿伟爬窗入室,窜至上述同一小区,盗窃被害人杨某钱包、现金、超市购物卡等价值1190元及银行卡一张。除现金700元被阿伟挥霍一空外,其余物品均在阿伟的寝室被搜出。2011年05月31日下午5时许,阿伟爬窗入室,在上述同一小区,盗窃了一楼房主关某的诺基亚手机、怀表、MP3、高档打火机、黄金项链、翡翠手链、玉佩等物,价值5756元。阿伟将项链和黄金翡翠戒指销赃给一家寄卖行,得赃款550元,其余物品均在阿伟身上或住处被搜获。2011年1月上旬的一天上午8时许,阿伟趁其它同学上课之机,在寝室盗窃同学手机一部,销赃得款400元,经鉴定价值900元。 |
