+ P+ d; [- B5 l0 y. Z “今年5月8日是我62岁的生日，我用购买福彩的形式来祝贺生日，而这张彩票恰好也是我购买的第一百张彩票，但不是第一百注。”这番话出自河北省石家庄市元氏县黑水河乡北庄村村民张聚考。+ v, Y6 A' |& V* n- T2 ?
6 y! \, E. V/ e, _! e% h( y 一直在外打工的张聚考孤零零的，即使是生日这天，也得一个人度过。但他说：“没啥伤感的，有彩票买，就挺好的。”言谈中，透着质朴，也让人心酸。6 P# g# K& y$ ~0 }$ G, u1 e
$ ~& O4 h& j9 b# c 1999年，张聚考第一次接触彩票。那时，他在建筑工地打工，干完活有点空闲，就到附近的彩站闲逛。第一次购彩经历让他记忆犹新，当时花10元钱购买了5注双色球，随后几天是在忐忑与兴奋中度过的，好不容易“熬”到开奖，竟然中了5块钱。这让“门外汉”一下子感觉找到了门，迫不及待地进入了这个与他结缘的彩票大门。后来，他陆续购买彩票，少则一注，多则5注。虽然没中过大奖，但小奖接连不断。在他看来，购买彩票是一种享受、一种娱乐，更是一种希望。& l" K' O7 k# [3 A- [6 U- f
7 {: K" E$ M9 K6 C/ u1 @6 t: j 常年在外打工的张聚考，除了难忍的思乡情，找不到买彩票的彩站更是让他头疼的事情。张聚考说，在石家庄还好说，站点比较多，购彩也方便，可是到了其他地方就不同了。“所以我一到外地打工，每到一处，先打听邮政局在哪里，以便发出信件。再则打听彩票投注站在什么地方，以利购彩。”

张聚考有个习惯，每次下井前都要买彩票，他说这么做不仅能安心，更是给自己的一种“迷信”安慰，“总觉得买了希望了，手里头还有没兑奖的彩票了，老天爷也就不会随便收人了。”

有时候临时通知下井，张聚考还没来得及买彩票，他便给站主打电话，请求对方帮他先打一注。热心的站主深知矿工的不容易，倒也从来不拒绝。身处异地得来的这份信任，也让张聚考倍加珍惜，一干完活，立即到彩站清账，从不拖欠。, g$ F" o l9 M
' a; g' ?8 q5 \( [% B) @0 M 山西煤质出色，矿工的收入因而比其他地方要高得多。2004年5月，张聚考到了山西为一个私营矿主打工。由于彩站偏远，他只能一个星期骑自行车去一次，后来为了方便购买，他便把钱和号码提前留给站主，让站主帮忙每期投注。

有人不解，矿工有闲钱买彩票？其实，他们的收入要高于周围农村的一般人，这正是他们甘于冒险的动力所在。值得注意的是，与一般规律不同，拿到较高薪水的矿工并不能因此获得比其他职工更好的社会地位。

2006年6月，张聚考到内蒙古达拉特旗电厂打工，但彩站距离工厂有十几里地，因此他只能利用节假日和下雨天购买。“可盼望下雨了，一下雨就有空闲去买彩票了。”
