# B# u9 @4 d. j2 Y2 ~. f 陕西省体育彩票西安管理站“竞彩”负责人李谦说，一些彩民喜欢电话投注，事后才给钱，这种做法风险大，根据规定，彩票不记名不挂失，外地有过彩民通过电话委托他人购彩的情况，中奖后发生了纠纷，所以不鼓励这种投注办法。他们刚知道了孙先生为彩民垫资中奖的事情。随后会对该投注站诚信经营的做法给予奖励。
