上海市福彩中心工作人员分析，这次情况与去年江苏千万元弃奖不同，江苏彩民是买2元随机票中奖，彩民本身的关注度可能不高，而这次上海彩民是自选号码中奖，除了可能会遇到彩票遗失、损坏等意外情况外，也不排除故意避开众人目光而晚来兑奖的情况，但只要在期限内兑奖均属正常有效。
