[b]本报讯[/b] 就在摆卖者四散“走佬”时，早已守候在现场的便衣民警出现了，将已经四散开来的人员控制住，而他们的“6HC”物品，即使藏匿在很隐蔽的地方，也难逃执法人员的法眼。昨天下午，我市多部门再次联合行动，对堤西路附近的“6HC”摆卖点进行查处，抓获4名摆卖者。
4 e! @. n9 c9 G5 [ “不要跑了，把自己的物品整理一下。”便衣民警耐心地提醒一位年龄比较大的摆卖者，并当场将他控制住，那人非常配合，自己动手将摆放在地上的几百张“6HC”物品整理在一起。8 S7 D& K3 o$ e2 w+ Z: k
“不要抓我，我不去。”就在执法人员开展工作时，一位年轻的女性摆卖者大声喊起来，并坐在地上撒起泼来，怎么也不肯上警车接受处理，无奈之下，执法人员只能将她抬上警车。. n6 C* A8 u1 j& l5 ]
据了解，长期以来，在市区堤西路附近，形成了一个固定的“6HC”物品摆卖点。每天下午，有几十人在这里摆卖“6HC”物品，引来上百位市民围观，不但影响我市创文，也给“6HC”Dubo制造了机会。
; J- p( D* e: B, X9 D' L( } 今年4月26日，蓬江公安分局治安大队联合市文广新局、市市政管理局、市工商局等部门采取行动，抓获多名摆卖“6HC”物品的人员。经过初次整治，堤西路“6HC”摆卖现象大大减少，但一个多月后，又有几个人开始在这里摆卖。$ p! t1 O* h' d+ \4 K
昨天下午，记者看到，当民警在堤西路市行政服务中心附近采取行动时，距离该处较远的地方，一些摆卖者端起东西就跑，有的甚至连自己的物品也不要了。执法人员沿着堤西路检查时，不时在江门河护栏底部找到一些“6HC”物品，在一辆被多个蛇皮袋包裹得严严实实的三轮车上，民警竟然发现满满一车“6HC”物品。! ^ T6 e7 {. U8 z0 S( W
在昨天下午的行动中，执法人员一举抓获4名摆卖者，因涉嫌非法经营，4人被行政拘留。
