货ETF之后，传统金融机构接连不断的提出相同的申请要求，包括华尔街资产管理公司Wisdom Tree和Invesco，! S" j; B: c, q9 S, i0 A; z3 a
而资产管理巨头富达(Fidelity)也传出正在规划申请Bitcoin Spot ETF，今天更传出加密基金Valkyrie也再次向美国

; {3 e% E& U# b4 M: M* n, [美国纳斯达克(NASDAQ)已上市多支追踪比特币期货的ETF，其中就包括Vakyrie在2021年10月上市的比特币期货* q5 H: j0 [3 j) t
ETF(Valkyrie Bitcoin Strategy ETF，代号BTF)，而Vakyrie曾申请过比特币现货ETF，却在2021年12月遭到SEC
) f. e; U* y8 O1 K驳回，该基金并未停歇将比特币上市传统市场的野心，在本月21日再度向SEC申请冲关，可估是因为贝莱德横挑; M- u8 I9 L* O9 U. Q$ f, D
大旗提出申请，期待在今年底得到SEC正面回应。

! n: Z1 l0 P& p+ K在过去曾有十数间公司申请过追踪比特币现货的ETF，包括但不限于：Krypton、VanEck、
$ B! b* k' X+ C" a* m9 BNYDIG/StoneRidge、天桥资本(First Trust/SkyBridge)、Galaxy Digital、方舟投资(Ark Invest)和灰度
- w; h' [& B3 Y% ](Grayscale)等公司，若在今年秋季结束前提出申请，SEC的回应硬性截止日期就会落在今年底，是否会有其他公
