- n5 v" n' J# K4 ?4 } 2010年12月3日，深圳民政局打破常规，根据民政部“先试先行”的授权，实行“公募基金会由民间发起成立”、“不设业务主管单位”，从而促成了李连杰的壹基金在深圳的成功落户。

2009年11月25日下午，首批福彩公益金资助社会公益服务项目签约仪式在深圳市民政局举行。在签约仪式上，市民政局与16个受资助单位签定了资助合同，首批资助项目包括“大学生公益实习计划”、“流动儿童公益学习计划”、等项目，16个项目累计资助金额达到1012万元。这些项目主要涉及服务特困家庭、帮助残疾人和困难群体解决基本生活和精神需求等方面，充分体现了“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”的公益金使用宗旨。

: H- l& S: Q' D0 p, l 深圳市民政局副局长余智晟向记者介绍，2010年深圳市民间组织管理局申报的“社会组织登记管理体制改革”项目荣获第五届“天朝地方ZF创新奖”；同年获得《南风窗》杂志评出的 “2010为了公共利益年度榜”的“年度组织奖”。“降低登记注册门槛，释放社会空间，是深圳市民间组织管理局多年来创新努力的方向，也是在全国社会组织管理体制改革上迈步最大的实践。” 余智晟这样总结说。 |
