DC设在国外，国内赌徒利用互联网视频可以直接下注，足不出户却能“身临其境”参赌。台州三门县公安局经过近半年艰苦侦查，成功破获一起网络“百家乐”Dubo案件。8 b/ q% f: ]( A- n3 N; e
据办案人员介绍，涉案的“蓝盾”DC是一个组织分工严密、隐秘性强的境外DC，大本营设在老挝，参赌人员涉及黑龙江、辽宁、云南、吉林、湖南等多个省份，以及浙江省内的台州、宁波、金华、杭州等地。截至9月初，三门警方共抓获涉案人员100多人，冻结境外DC银行账号20个，扣押涉案赌资1000余万元。
# I9 M* z# U1 B+ p 2009年下半年，三门县公安局海游派出所获得线索，一部分三门人通过互联网登录“蓝盾在线”进行“百家乐”Dubo，赌注较大。参赌人员需有账户和密码才能登录“蓝盾在线”网站，通过网络视频窗口可以看到境外DC的赌台操作情况，实时下注。调查发现，“蓝盾”DC2000年初开设于缅甸境内，2009年9月份搬迁至老挝金木棉开发区。DC规模巨大，主要客源为天朝人。. g6 ~1 y6 B- H. R( A. n4 Q
经过调查，专案组掌握了“蓝盾”DC提供给国内各地代理商及参赌人员的20个银行账户。依据账号交易清单，警方发现这半年来，每个账户日进出赌资少则十余万元，多的上百万元，涉案赌资达四五亿元。警方随即在全国收网，将参赌人员和上线组织者顾某、高某、张某等人抓获。
& K& P+ d8 i( _2 T- ]5 u) \ 据了解，由于沉溺网络Dubo，不少赌徒为此倾家荡产。临海人来某原来在一家单位当中层干部，事业有成。一个偶然机会，他接触到“蓝盾在线”网络Dubo，从此一发而不可收拾。从开始的小打小闹，到最后负债累累。当专案组民警找到他时，身无分文的他居然还开着电脑在“蓝盾在线”实时“观战”。
