武汉市福彩2010年筹集公益金已达4.5亿元

近日，记者从湖北省民政厅省彩促会对武汉市福彩工作的调研会上获悉，今年武汉市筹集福彩公益金已达4.5亿。5 C8 e/ T6 Y+ b/ N+ a: x
据了解，近年来武汉市福利彩票迅速发展，取得了较好的成绩，同时在公益事业上也开阔了新的方向。今年在上级主管部门的支持下，打造了“福彩与你同行”公益资助品牌，由“福彩与你同行”公益资助金资助的“每周有爱福满江城”、“福彩汉网慈善网络行”等系列公益资助活动，陆续帮助了近百个困难家庭，成为较受欢迎的品牌资助活动。
8 |! |; E# I8 L- e& G U 会上，武汉市民政局副局长王献良介绍，近年来，随着武汉市福利彩票发行量快速上升，筹集的公益金规模越来越大，公益金的使用范围已由原来的社会福利事业、社会救助事业扩展到社会保障事业，走进平民老百姓的日常需求，向着“全民支持，全民受益”的方向发展。更为突出的是，福彩公益金逐渐成为社会福利事业发展的重要资金支柱。据统计，武汉市近年通过发行福利彩票筹集了25亿元福彩公益金，资助了1700多个社会福利和社会公益事业建设，福彩“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”的发行宗旨也得到彩民的广泛认可。武汉市福彩年销量一年高过一年，实现跨越式增长，成为全国福彩销售大市。截至目前，武汉市今年福利彩票销量达到13.94亿元，为国家筹集公益金4.5亿元，1-10月的销量已经超过了去年全年。预计今年总销量将超越16亿元,将筹集更多福彩公益金，为社会公益慈善事业贡献力量。' j7 _8 M9 o" r4 L' x
, }( U6 m. Q$ A7 L! R7 D2 Q% e$ W# z 武汉市福彩中心主任孙国武介绍，福彩一直致力于公益事业，在往年组织过不少公益资助活动，但较为分散，不成规范。今年以来，为了充分发挥公益金的作用，武汉市福彩积极与媒体合作，开展了一系列的公益资助活动，一方面这些公益活动实实在在地帮助了困难群体，让他们感受到了慈善和爱心；另一方面，组织具有一定规模的、较为长期的公益资助活动，能够起到示范作用，从而让社会大众更多的参与公益事业，促进公益事业健康蓬勃发展。 |
