女出纳侵吞百万公款受公审 堕落皆因玩“博彩”

昨日上午，44岁的段某走上柳州市柳北区法院刑事审判席，戴着黑框眼镜的她，身材瘦小，头顶白发，让人难以将她与百万元侵吞大案联系起来。

段某原是广西五建金属结构分公司财务科的出纳员，被检察机关指控利用职务便利挪用、贪污公款近130万元。归案前，段曾隐姓埋名在异地“潜伏”130余天，期间，始终不与丈夫、儿子联系，并写下“逃亡日记”来打发孤寂的时光，直至落网（今报3月9日7版曾详细报道）。

/ I: U3 |$ N2 X$ O* A5 v9 M 昨日上午，法庭外站满了人，庭内的旁听席被“抢”坐一空，甚至有两个人挤坐在一张椅子上。

开庭前，法警维持秩序，让所有的旁听者离开法庭，重新按顺序进入。

3 V) X4 `* w* W& n 结果，场面依然火暴，进入法庭的人数远远超过固定位置数。不得已，法警在最后一排临时增加了椅子，仍然不能满足旁听者的需求。0 `3 ]) Z/ p9 ~; T) `" M$ m
4 ]) }% O9 b; A& }& Y" h; ^ 一名拎着红色手包的女士告诉记者，来的人都是段某的家属、朋友。“她（指段某）平时人很好的，以前都没有犯过什么错，不知道这次是因为什么昏了头……”该女士说，段某在看守所里写了信，想让大家来听听，“于是我们就都来了，她人缘很好。”# p: y q, P: [

庭审开始，段某显得很紧张，虽然整个庭审过程没喝一口水，仍然两次要求去上厕所，均得到审判长的允许。0 L2 V" Z" w$ g' l0 C! q

- k; i; S* [0 i$ Q7 c! U& V; V 庭审中，随着法官和检察官的讯问，段某“昏了头”的原因逐渐清晰，她的堕落缘于买彩票。

据了解，段某从几年前开始购买福利彩票，开始是用自己的钱，后来也借钱买，于是外债越欠越多。2009年7月至8月间，段某觉得不能再欠这么多外债，于是把目光盯上自己经手的单位公款。

“我是趁领导上厕所的时候，偷偷盖了他们的公章。”段某如是交代犯罪经过。

检察官问：“你挪用这么多钱，就不怕单位发现吗？”

检察官又追问：“你买彩票这么多年，从来没有中过大奖，怎么会有信心挪用公款后会中一次？”' {6 y1 @: ~8 u: m' w( ~
