作为一位普通彩民，他有这样的愿望是因为自己差点上了骗子网站的当。与他有共同愿望的不仅有彩民，还有彩站站主和彩票机构工作人员。
- N. P, S5 E2 H4 B 针对现状：像李先生一样，许多彩民都会“意外点进”声称预测号码百分之百中奖的网站，多数网站自行安装插件，弹入彩民眼眶。对五花八门不良网站有着免疫力的人们，通常都一笑而过，然而有些网站是打着国家和官方的旗号忽悠网民注册和加入成为会员，这使得一些对彩票不太了解的人信以为真。众所周知，彩票开奖号码是不可能被预先知道的，包中大奖完全不可能，国家更不可能开辟这样的网站。尽管如此，禁不住“忽悠”的人不在少数。

点子：“写进彩票法，打私制度化。”李先生说，非法售彩网站与私彩同样害人不浅，虽然国家和各地ZF都非常重视对非法售彩网站的打击，然而非法网售行为像顽疾一样难以根除。李先生建议打击私彩不仅需要制度化，还要全民行动，彻底抵制。被访者中也有人提出，成立长效机制、专有部门，向公众公布举报电话，对于举报人给予奖励等。加大打击力度，对犯罪分子的惩罚要狠。 |
