. }- ~! }' e1 l! Z& S4月15日下午5时许，哈市道里区某汽车销售公司经理来到当地派出所报案称，公司停在车场内的41辆东风小康牌面包车丢失，同时，公司的车辆保管员张磊已经好多天没来上班，没人能联系上他。据门卫反映，张磊最近经常带着客户来停车场提车，然而，经查询，公司近期都没有卖车款进账。根据调查情况，侦查员分析，有可能是张磊将公司的面包车卖掉后携款潜逃了。% P) J$ h1 R4 [9 x1 X8 [
. ?) R4 W1 f* ~% D5 L随后，侦查员对张磊的家人进行了走访。4月25日，张磊在巨大的压力下来到道里区公安分局投案自首，并交代了他在汽车销售公司工作期间，利用职务之便和公司管理的漏洞将公司的41辆面包车卖出的犯罪事实。令人没想到的是，总价值百余万元的车只被张磊卖了30多万元。据他交代，他爱好买彩票，每个月的工资几乎都花在了买彩票上，但是却从未中过大奖，看着有些人因买彩票成了大富翁，更坚定了他买彩票发财的信念，于是他便打起了公司新车的主意。
3 E0 }* c. D4 X% T7 P2 D张磊知道，每次只要是带着客户提车，停车场的安保人员都不会过多地追问，于是张磊便通过亲戚和朋友的介绍，联系了一些低价收车的人，将每辆市场价为27000元左右的车(以东风小康K17型号居多)以5000元到8000元不等的价格出售，41辆车总共卖了30多万元。张磊用卖车的钱继续买彩票，本打算中了大奖后一次性将车款补上，但是却从未如愿。在最后一次卖车后，张磊觉得事情即将败露，于是实施潜逃。 |
