夫妻家中开DC放高利贷 胶州最大Dubo案件破获

山东省胶州市一起Dubo案宣判，涉案的三名主要犯罪嫌疑人刘某被判处有期徒刑3年缓刑4年，并处罚金30万元，其妻子吕某和外甥王某分别被判处有期徒刑1年缓刑2年并处罚金5万元。据了解，刘某夫妻两人在胶州三里河街道一村里开DC，并通过向参赌人员放高利贷谋取暴利，此案涉案金额达200余万元，涉案人员100余人，是胶州警方破获的最大一起Dubo案件。 今年 2月份 ，胶州警方通过摸排获悉，位于三里河街道一村庄内的一座三层小楼内有人开设DC，楼房的主人姓刘，参与Dubo人员较多且赌资较大。胶州警方高度重视，由分管副局长李建勋任专案组组长，专案组民警经过近一个月的调查摸清了该Dubo窝点的活动规律。该Dubo窝点由刘某夫妇掌管，一般下午2时以后开始来人，晚上人比较多，有时候玩通宵，主要利用投骰子和“二八杠”等Dubo方式进行Dubo，刘某夫妇通过收取参赌人员上场费和对参赌人员放高利贷从中获利，他们在旁边还有一处Dubo窝点。 据办案民警介绍，刘某家用于Dubo的两座小楼都用塑钢封闭，大门为防盗铁门，一楼所有窗户全部装有防盗护栏，只有二楼的几个窗户未安装任何防盗措施。3月18日晚8时许，专案组民警发现刘某家周围停有四辆轿车，并看到有人进入，民警迅速出击成功进入刘某家中，将正在Dubo的安某等5人及开设DC的刘某夫妇当场抓获。
{' g+ O$ t9 z6 m% ]' f 刘某等人对犯罪事实供认不讳，该DC自2007年 9月经营，刘某负责收取上场费和对参赌人员发放高利贷，其妻子吕某负责为参赌人员做饭，外甥王某则负责在DC外望风，并帮刘某讨要赌债，该Dubo团伙组织严密，分工明确，有涉黑嫌疑。 |
