7月28日，九龙坡区分局黄桷坪派出所破获一起诈骗案，在三个月时间内，犯罪嫌疑人王军通过各种手段，先后骗取受害人林澜现金12万元。8 r/ H* o8 K l4 D4 c# L/ Y
24岁的王军是重庆市长寿区人，今年3月份，王军在朋友何强的介绍下，结识了重庆市某高校女教职工林澜。利用林澜对何强有好感，王军以中间人的身份向林澜借钱，并谎称何强的彩票投注站缺少资金周转，而“何强不好意思开口”，所以找他代为转告。在何强不知情的情况下，王军骗取林澜6万元。
# |# S4 V* ?* f% [8 Q5 Z8 } 事情败露后，王军又借口说钱是帮朋友的。因需要去贵州找朋友还钱，王军再一次骗取林澜现金2200元。此后三个月时间里，王军通过各种手段，先后骗取林澜现金共12万。
, w% K8 ~2 P) T! P: A3 R# C: ?" C& T 公安机关接到林澜报案后，积极介入调查此事。经查证，并没有朋友向王军借钱一事，王军只是把从林澜那里骗来的钱拿去“买彩票”了。“运气不好，最多的一天亏了两万多。”王军自己坦白道。9 b5 {0 X" y9 D0 G8 D
“家里人他也骗，说是出去做生意，骗了家里十几万，全部拿去买彩票了。”王军的父亲说道，“他就是想发财，中大奖。”
