近日，记者接到多位读者电话，称在河北省衡水市阜城县古城镇有一家地下私彩，有一伙人坐庄公开售卖赔率高达24倍的地下私彩。开张一个月来，这家地下私彩吸引了古城镇及周边村庄很多农民前来购买，生意兴隆。有的参与者沉溺其中，多的时候一天能输掉上千元。, E: h$ S& w% S) `+ c: P2 Z

1 e6 L7 G5 v3 D; T; T 记者推门进入屋内，只见30余平方米的屋内摆放了多张桌子，配有多把凳子，人们三五成群地围坐在一张张桌子旁，手里都攥着大把花花绿绿的钞票，他们在印制好的“彩票”上填上“5”、“10”“100”等数字，然后连同钞票递给3名来回走动的女子，女子则把收上来的“彩票”和钱交给账台后的两名男子。 V; _3 O$ A3 F. ~3 O- u$ U( S" H
. t' n' P" |! q: k' Q6 F8 b 在屋子西侧的讲台位置，一名胖男子一边擦汗，一边从一摞牛皮纸信封里挑出一个举过头顶，嘴里高喊着：“开了！开了！抓紧时间！”，看看无人下注了，胖男子从信封里抽出一张写有“17”的纸条，摇着纸条大喊：“17！17！”，于是屋子里一阵骚动，很多人惋惜地骂着脏字：“怎么是这个数字，运气太差了，又差一点……4 U f% [9 Q' s- y: ^% l
e9 ~' M4 G1 g# L; H 一轮结束，胖男子又高声叫道：“下一轮开始，大家抓紧时间。”于是人们又三五成群地围坐在桌子旁，一边小声议论着，一边在“彩票”上填上各种数字，然后又会有女子把“彩票”连同对应的钱数收走，然后胖男子继续高举着牛皮纸信封大声招呼，然后开奖，然后是又一阵惋惜和咒骂。 F+ q4 h; A3 |- d6 V. a

据了解，这家私彩的玩法其实就是猜牛皮纸信封里的数字，按照游戏规则，参与者可以在“彩票”上单独押一个数字或者多个数字，也可以押一个号段的数字，而庄家事先会在信封里放进写有数字的纸条，如果参与者猜中，则会根据不同的下注方式能得到1：2、1：3、1：8、1：24等赔率的回报，而猜错了你就只能把钱拱手送给庄家。

' Y4 _. ^# `4 S6 d( D. a: N& E 在暗访的20多分钟里，共开奖7次，仅有一人中奖，得到700元现金，可接下来又把钱赔了进去。知情人告诉记者，最大24倍的赔率确实很诱人，很多人沉迷其中，有的人赢了点钱，大多数人都是输，“一天输几百是经常的事儿。”最后获利的还是庄家。
