欺诈！男子制造假彩票骗奖金 被识破后夺路而逃

近日，山东省淄博市37031020号福彩彩站的站主宋伟民在销售彩票的过程中，一名约莫30出头的男子，来到彩站购买了2张“欢乐嘉年华”彩票，转身离开彩站。5分钟后，该男子拿着其中的一张“中奖”彩票挤进人群，声称中得1000元奖金，要求给予兑奖。宋伟民边祝贺该男子，边让其在此等候，按照惯例由于中奖金额较大，他立刻通知中心站前来兑奖。可接过彩票一看，宋伟民发现这张彩票大有蹊跷——中奖数字有明显的涂改痕迹。马上警觉起来的宋先生假意随便地和该男子聊天，男子略显紧张随后谎称有急事，让宋先生先立刻给他兑奖，可宋先生坚持要他等中心站的工作人员前来。该男子眼看兑奖不成，感觉作假兑奖之事败露，夺路而逃。http://i1.sinaimg.cn/ty/2011/1017/U3785P6DT20111017113019.jpg, a$ T0 p: N8 o! q
8 n/ @: O i' W4 c) X3 |: j 事后，宋先生通过彩站内的监控录相发现，该男子在购买过“欢乐嘉年华”彩票后，走出彩站与事先已在站外等候的另一同伙，将伪造好的彩票——经过“涂改”伪造成“中”得1000元的“欢乐嘉年华”即开票和购买的彩票进行调换，然后重新返回彩站内进行兑奖。( r5 \3 W7 M" u" [ v
淄博市福彩中心工作人员告诉记者，该张被涂改的“欢乐嘉年华”刮刮乐彩票是用黑色笔将数字“3”改为数字“8”，修改痕迹较为明显，因此被站主识破。但有一些通过将废弃彩票挖补、粘贴伪造的彩票，肉眼较难分辨。提醒广大彩站站主要引以为戒，要将废弃彩票回收销毁，在源头上杜绝此类犯罪；同时在兑奖时一定要多加注意，谨防不法分子“鱼目混珠”，造成不必要的经济损失。 |
