首家体彩博物馆将在南京开馆 藏有百张民国彩票

天朝首家以收集、展出不同历史时期体育彩票的专业博物馆将于今年十月在南京开馆，藏馆设在南京清凉门的江苏省体育彩票管理中心原址，目前已藏各方捐赠、转让的彩票六百七十二套(种)六千〇三十九枚(件)藏品及实物。 2 p1 m6 L V6 \1 X# T9 I4 [% G
江苏省体育集邮协会副会长、体育彩票博物馆筹备组秘书长华明说，目前馆内体彩藏品分五大类：民国体育彩票、一九九四年天朝统一核发体彩前的地方体育彩票、一九九四年至今的天朝体育彩票、北京亚运会体育彩票、世界各国体育彩票。同时，馆内还收藏有民国时期彩票商照片、第一代摇奖机——鼓风机、第二代国产摇奖器、印刷彩票的印板等相关实物。' Y" ], ]" t i
翻开偌大集票册，记者有幸见到这些花花绿绿、大小不一、中英文兼备的体育彩票，仿佛翻阅天朝体彩发行史籍。华明介绍说，天朝最早形式的彩票是洋商在上海发行的“吕宋票”，新天朝成立后天朝第一张体育彩票是一九八四年发行的北京国际马拉松奖券。, N/ `+ M G( ?$ l
记者看到这张明信片大小、编号为“〇二七一〇六”的北京国际马拉松奖券，上面印有数个马拉松运动员的叠影，颜色字迹仍清晰可辨。这张当年发行了五万张的首个体彩，目前在大陆仅剩二十余张，异常珍贵。1 _3 C( J6 q6 ?$ o
华明特别找出一张单独存放、民国时期最具代表性的“马头票”。记者发现，这张名片大小、红绿双面的彩票正反分别印有中英文，正面中央印有一个马头，写有“开奖于民国二十五年四月十八日”，并在上海“江湾”公布。彩票购值为“国币一元”。
$ L! e$ I4 Q3 K. L# b6 y3 t 他介绍说，民国时期彩票形式多样，有“赛马票”、“回力球票”、“大香槟票”、“小香槟票”等，其中印有马头的彩票表明其博彩特点、最具代表性。当时，上海、青岛、天津等地有万国体育会，张家口、东北等地区有赛马会，赛马票风行一时。目前，馆内共藏有三十余个品种、一百多枚民国时期体育彩票。
