澳洲生产力委员会建议，如果娱乐城知道进场者是问题赌徒却一再让他参赌，该问题赌徒有权将娱乐城告上法庭。

该委员会建议ZF制定新法令，允许问题赌徒将那些纵容他入场参赌的娱乐城告上法庭。委员会也提议限制赌徒每次在玩老虎机时，最多只能投注1澳元。/ N: U! \4 `1 N% Y# B J0 H
