老年人是社会的宝贵财富。年轻时，他们为祖国的建设事业付出了太多；年老时，拥有一个健康的身体是他们的美好心愿。党的生日即将到来之际，让我们走近一批健身老党员，听听他们的健身故事，学学他们的健康经验——

健康是每个人都渴求的东西。这几年，随着人们健康意识的日益增强，嘉兴的群众体育运动开展得红红火火，健身大军更是日趋庞大。但健身也有误区，你知道什么样的健身方式适合自己吗？你知道什么样的健身理念才是正确的吗？你想参与到喜欢的健身群体中去吗？

以建党90周年为契机，这次，嘉兴日报联合市体彩中心一起推出“寻访健身老党员”活动，旨在通过寻访长期健身并颇有成效的老党员，为大家传播正确的健身态度、提供科学的健身方式、讲述有趣的健身故事，寻找专门的健身群体，为我们的城市传递一种积极向上的生活态度，营造一种达观奋进的城市氛围。* ?0 j% x! \4 L5 A) k& _& W+ ~, `6 q

据不完全统计，目前，嘉兴的社会老龄化程度已居全省第一，平均每5位市民中就有1位老年人。老年人是我们整个社会的宝贵财富。年轻时，他们为祖国的建设事业付出了自己的一切；年老时，可以拥有一个健康的身体已成为每位老年人的心愿。

) X: r9 C: }8 ?' n9 E7 T7 t 本次“寻访健身老党员”活动，为期两个月，60周岁以上、颇有健身心得的老党员均可报名参加活动。有用的健身方式、有益的健康故事、有趣的健身经历，希望你都能与大家聊一聊、说一说，让更多老年人分享到“健康宝典”。积极参与活动、给出健身好点子并被采纳见报的健身老党员，每人将获赠由市体彩中心资助的一张千元健身卡或千元健身购物券(凭券可到指定商场自行采购健身器材)。

# s1 {8 |* f ? 作为国家公益彩票，天朝体育彩票的发行始终贯彻“取之于民、用之于民”的宗旨，每销售1元的电脑体育彩票，就有3角5分钱用于支持全民健身、体育场馆建设、人才培养、社会保障、灾区重建和扶贫帮困等。市体彩中心相关负责人表示，近3年来，嘉兴市体育彩票共筹集公益金约2.4亿元，其中用于我市的体彩公益金达7100多万元。体彩公益金已成为促进我市体育事业和各项社会公益事业发展的重要资金来源，“通过此次活动，我们既是向老党员们表达一份心意，也希望科学的健康理念能在更多老年人中得到传播。” |
