陈律师透露，户头有300万元时，根本不会介意输赢，可是最后手头紧，得卖掉心爱宝马轿车筹赌注，而卖得的3万7000元到手，一个晚上就输个精光。

他认为，当局或可考虑设立一个机构来解决低收入小市民和贷款公司之间的债务问题，制造双赢。& h7 a1 p' S2 Q4 _ g8 E) {
