龙虎网讯 痴迷彩票无法自拔，一小老板竟然把通过一公司担保贷款买来的挖掘机贱卖了，疯狂购买彩票，钱花完了就玩起了消失，致使给他担保的公司遭受六十多万元的损失。潜逃2年多的小老板最终还是被抓，昨天下关区法院公开审理了此案。: T4 r |, N6 I
2009年7月初，徐州人荣某东拼西凑了一些钱，和南京某工程机械公司签订了产品买卖合同，向该公司购买一台价值83万元的挖掘机。荣某为此首付了16万余元，并交了4万多元的保证金。剩余的66万多元货款向银行按揭贷款，由该工程机械公司作担保，按照贷款协议，荣某每个月需要还银行2万多元的本息。
/ V/ T$ |, N1 j2 P: m. c' j0 u: Q' Q可半年过后，荣某却没有消息了，贷款银行和给他担保的工程机械公司可急坏了。当初办理贷款的时候，银行为了防止贷款方恶意逃跑，特意在挖掘机上都装了GPS系统，一旦发现贷款方有卖掉机器潜逃的苗头，他们就会启动系统，然后这台机器发动机就不能启动。这荣某半年就没了消息，也没通知银行和担保方，他们估计荣某卸掉了挖掘机上的GPS系统，将挖掘机卖掉了。
+ l8 x* W! k* z7 H' }) T由于当初给荣某做了贷款担保，该工程机械公司只能每月向贷款银行偿还贷款，一共有62万余元的贷款需要偿还。事后，他们向警方报案，警方以合同诈骗罪立案调查。今年4月，在外潜逃2年多的荣某被警方从新疆和田县抓回。
9 R+ d+ l+ ]- u' [' Z" X* i H昨天的庭审中，荣某交代，由于买了挖掘机后并没接到什么生意，他就卸掉挖掘机里面的GPS系统，然后以37万余元的价格将该台机器卖给了别人。得来的赃款大部分被他购买了彩票，也没中什么大奖，其余被他挥霍一空。事后，他就逃到了新疆，一直在一家彩票店打工生活，一直到案发后被抓。荣某表示，他对不起替自己担保的公司，要尽量筹钱还债弥补自己的过错。+ S* a5 x6 |" p6 n+ O
由于荣某诈骗金额达到了62万余元，属于金额特别巨大，检方对荣某的量刑在有期徒刑十年以上。昨天的庭审后，法官没有当庭宣判，该案将择日另行宣判。 |
