ETF申请潮，而据彭博昨(28)晚报导，SEC预计将在美国劳动节周末前，对Bitwise、贝莱德、VanEck、, Y2 R! G; O! J# _& B' z9 E9 f$ M
WisdomTree及Invesco提交的申请做出回应。8 j; K* C& O- w
SEC可以针对申请拒绝、批准或推迟决定，Bitwise的申请将在本周五前审议，其它机构的申请将在周六审议，这- f( W3 x- j' x3 B, r
意味着SEC可能会在本周末之前有决定，不过分析人士预计，SEC将再度推迟决定。+ w8 l# b+ T2 ^5 P& h
SEC的审查时间表
8 S* x' C0 H2 i0 T通常来说，当比特币现货ETF在《联邦公报》上发布后便会进入公开评论期，SEC通常会在45天内作出初步决定， k; d1 ?$ p( {
批准或拒绝该申请，届时若未做出裁决则再延45天，第二次仍未有结果则再延90天，最久必须在公开评论期开始
