尽管全球数十亿美元被投入到宣称将重塑金融市场的区块链+金融(即链上金融，也被称作RWA浪潮的子集)项目中，但将股票、债券、基金和私人信贷等传统资产置于区块链轨道上的前沿链上金融理念，尚未赢得华尔街大型机构投资者们集体青睐。 摩根大通的统计数据显示，长期以来被吹捧为加密货币等数字资产通往“主流金融之桥”的“现实世界资产代币化(即RWA)”整体市场仍然很小，总价值仅仅为250亿美元。而且该机构表示，其中大部分是由加密原生公司而非华尔街传统金融机构所推动。 “尽管炒作报告甚多，但RWA代币化资产总量仍‘相当微不足道’，”由Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou领衔的摩根大通策略师团队在一份最新报告中写道。并且摩根大通表示，当前面临的主要障碍包括跨境监管碎片化、法律监管层面的不确定性，以及对于智能合约(基于区块链的计算机程序)可执行性的信任程度有限。“这种相当令人失望的代币化图景也反映出，传统投资者迄今并未看到其必要性。”该团队写道。“目前也几乎没有证据显示，银行或客户正在从传统银行存款迁移至区块链上的代币化银行存款。” 链上金融与RWA大浪潮 RWA代币化——即为股票或美国国债等现实世界资产创建基于区块链的表示形式——一直被加密货币生态支持者们吹捧为使金融市场交易模式更快、更便宜、更透明的便捷化范式。从理论上来说，代币化基金可以提供近乎即时的结算，并去中介化传统金融基础设施。但这一愿景在很大程度上仍停留在理论层面。 所谓的“tokenization(即“代币化”)”以 RWA(Real-World Assets，现实资产上链)为核心——包括国债、贷款、基金份额、房地产、应收账款、碳信用等可衡量价值的传统金融/实体资产上链条，指任何原本存在于传统金融体系或实体经济中的可计量价值，被映射为链上可编程、可转让的数字化资产代币。今年以来，稳定币已成功验证链上支付路径以及“链上金融”逻辑，花旗集团的一份研究报告显示月度稳定币结算量已达 6,500–7,000 亿美元，甚至传统银行业巨头们陆续计划发行自有稳定币。
