[color=#000][font=宋体, arial, sans-serif][p=25, 2, left]人民网大连5月28日电（王金海、张世安）看到别人购买彩票中了大奖，刺激了发财欲望，于是在羡慕之余，竟敢私自动用单位资金70余万元购买彩票，梦想破灭后又玩起了人间蒸发。5月25日，经检察机关批准，涉嫌职务侵占和挪用资金的犯罪嫌疑人祝某，被大连市沙河口公安分局经侦大队执行逮捕。[/p][p=25, 2, left]现年44岁的祝某，五年前从吉林来到大连闯荡，经人介绍到深圳某公司大连分公司工作，负责分公司的有关业务和部份财务工作。因祝某独人生活，并有一些“爱好”，在工作之余经常寻找一些“乐趣”，由于有限的工资不能满足多方面的开支，总想寻找增加额外收入的门路和机会。因此，他曾每月都花上几百元钱光顾彩票站，但总是难以如愿，每每看到有人得了大奖的报道，就羡慕不已，祈祷上帝也能将幸运之神尽早降到自己头上。2010年6月，祝某利用分公司会计因事请假的机会，开始伸手用公司的款额为自己购买彩票。6月至7月，有四家客户向分公司上交近3万元费用，被祝某占有后购买了福利彩票，得奖2000余元。祝某心不甘，决定进一步扩大战场，从购买福利彩票扩展到购买体育彩票的多种玩法，而且从每次出手十几元发展到每次上千元，可是这种财运经常不是以个人的意志为转移，支出的总是很多很多，得到的却是很少很少。从2010年6月到2011年4月，祝某将公司的16张支票存入个人账户提取现金，以及直接挪用客户上交的运费等，共计74万元资金被占有后用于购买彩票，均被打了水漂。[/p][p=25, 2, left]做贼心虚的祝某，采取了自欺欺人的做法，用假发票顶账、记假支出手续和故意不记账。在分公司会计上班后，预感到案情即将败露，便玩起了人间蒸发，法律淡薄的祝某，以为只要离开公司，做辞职处理，一走了之就万事大吉了。心神不定的祝某，离开大连后，未敢回老家，为了逃避公司的追查，他更换了手机号码，走南窜北寻求新的门路去了。[/p][p=25, 2, left]该公司人员多方寻找无结果，并查到祝某非法占有大量资金的账务情况，于是，向公安机关举报了案情，经审查确定了案件的性质后，沙河口公安分局经侦大队开展了立案侦查活动，经过多方调查取证，在发现了有关线索后，于今年5月初，将隐居在内蒙古自治区乌兰浩特市的犯罪嫌疑人祝某依法抓获归案。到案后的祝某，对自己非法占有公司资金后用于购买彩票的事实供认不讳，并表示愿意接受法律的惩罚。[/p][p=25, 2, left]目前，此案还在进一步审理中。[/p][/font][/color] |
