《星洲日报》报道，槟州警方前晚7时许在槟岛柑仔园路一咖啡店扣查了三名嫌犯。这个Dubo集团的卜基每场赛事收注额高达10万令吉（约4万新元），可是他们还来不及发财，即被警方一网成擒。3 t" d; [$ S' r: |! M
