法官判处加密骗局 Forcount 发起人之一 30 个月监禁

比推消息，?0?2加密货币庞氏骗局 Forcount 的发起人 Antonia Perez Hernandez 承认犯有电信欺诈罪，现已被判处两年以上监禁。
在美国纽约南区地方法院（SDNY）举行的听证会上，法官 Analisa Torres（也是审理美国 SEC 起诉 Ripple Labs 案件的法官）判处 Hernandez 30 个月监禁，罪名是参与加密货币骗局。Hernandez 承认在 2017 年至 2021 年期间与同谋合作，通过在 Forcount 上推广加密货币交易和挖矿，并承诺可观的回报从投资者手中窃取了大约 840 万美元。
Hernandez 向因她的行为而“蒙受金钱损失的人”道歉。该项目的高级发起人 Juan Tacuri 于 2024 年 10 月被判处 20 年监禁，而被起诉的 Nestor Nu?0?9ez 也于 11 月被判处 4 年监禁。（Cointelegraph）
