比推消息，据 The Block 报道，全球投资公司 Digital Currency Group（DCG）正在起诉其子公司 Genesis Global Capital LLC，原因是 DCG 在上一次加密货币崩盘期间，为支持现已破产的 Genesis 提供的 11 亿美元担保。
DCG 在美国纽约南区破产法院提交的诉状中表示，该公司曾通过这份 11 亿美元本票尝试弥补潜在的缺口，这是针对 2022 年加密对冲基金三箭资本崩盘而采取的措施。DCG 指出，三箭资本是 Genesis 的最大借款方之一。
DCG 要求法院命令 Genesis Global Capital 向其支付超过 1.05 亿美元和利息。
