上一年暑假，志愿者们来到舒锐的家。那是志愿者们第一次与舒锐接触。经过暑假破冰之行并建立初步的友情，志愿者通过平时的电话，书信等方式和舒锐保持联系。舒锐的外公陈伯伯说：“每次我都会念哥哥姐姐寄来的信给她听，她听完后都会很开心。而且她还会经常问，哥哥姐姐什么时候寄信来，或者打电话之类的。”& C R9 U5 U- _0 {
舒锐在3岁的时候经历过一次高烧，当时没来得及医治，最终对其大脑造成很严重的影响。以至于她不能像其他正常的小朋友一样，能很快地吸收学过的知识，特别逻辑能力方面存在缺陷，简而言之就是智障。在父母就相继去世后，舒锐就一直住在外公外婆家里。她现在已经十一岁了还不认字，也不能自己看懂志愿者寄来的信。她一直在当地一所小学读一年级，在学校时经常受其他同学欺负。4 z' y" R* J. H
在哥哥姐姐的帮助下，现在的舒锐变了很多。
0 H S! A2 ?4 r" S W& T/ R4 A “这一年来，舒锐渐渐变得性格开朗起来了，回到家里经常都会和我们讲学校的事情。今年还获得了奖状呢。”陈伯伯指着墙上两张的奖状高兴地说着。

李莹，一个七岁大的小女孩，现就读于信宜市东震镇大坡山小学。她自幼父母就去世，现在跟八十多岁的奶奶一起生活。家里的收入主要是ZF的补贴以及社会热心人士的一些资助。一张桌子，一台旧式的电视机，一个吊扇，几张椅子，这就是李莹的家。李莹见到志愿者时，兴奋中带有一丝羞涩，她回答的都是简单的“是”或者“嗯”之类的。 |
