销售员谎称彩票未中奖 骗500万把自己送进监狱

在浙江省永嘉瓯北务工的青年女子杜飞，被某彩票网点销售员骗走中了500万元的彩票。昨天，涉嫌诈骗的永嘉青年男子朱某、蒋某被警方提请逮捕。
0 B* }/ z+ p% U$ k v$ y 据她陈述，3月1日，她花了6元钱在瓯北某彩票网点，分别用自己儿子及丈夫的生日等日期组号投注，购买了三注号码。由于事忙，她一直没查询结果。3月14日下午，她将彩票交给该彩票网点的销售员朱某，由其代为查询有没中奖。朱某通过电脑查询后，告知杜飞没中奖，并将彩票扔掉。杜飞当时要求归还“废票”，但朱称找不到，杜只好离开。次日下午，杜自己通过电脑查询，确认用自己儿子生日日期投注的那组号码中了500万元巨奖，遂多次来到该代销点交涉，要求朱某归还彩票，但未果，便只好报警。3 [. L C1 r3 u5 e' ? }( k( L
案情引起永嘉警方的高度重视，永嘉县委常委、公安局长陈东晨责令该局刑侦上塘中队快速破案。3月19日，中队徐飞龙等民警赶赴杭州，发现中奖彩票奖金已于3月16日被永嘉青年男子蒋某领走。因案情复杂，为防止作案人员狗急跳墙，警方欲擒故纵，秘密跟踪调查朱某和蒋某。相关机构闻讯此事后，也极力配合警方彻查此案，以维护彩民的利益。4月10日，警方果断出击，在瓯北先后抓获蒋某、朱某。
